What okeyday is

okeyday is an invite-only beta of a personal life-management app. Using it means you accept these terms; if you don’t, don’t use it.

Your stuff stays yours

Everything you capture belongs to you. You give okeyday permission to store and process it only as needed to run the product for you (see the privacy page for exactly what that means). okeyday claims no other rights over your content.

Beta means beta

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Features may change or break, data-loss bugs are possible despite backups, and the service may be paused or shut down. It is not a medical, legal, or financial advisor, and AI-generated classifications and answers can be wrong — review what matters.

Reasonable use

Use okeyday for personal organization. Don’t attempt to break its access controls, probe other people’s data, resell access, or use it for anything unlawful. Accounts that abuse the service (or its AI features) can be suspended.

Leaving

You can stop any time and ask for your account and data to be deleted (see the privacy page). okeyday may end beta access with reasonable notice — with an export of your data on request.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, okeyday’s total liability for any claim arising from the beta is limited to the amount you paid for it — which, during the beta, is nothing.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the beta evolves; the date above moves when they do. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
